Privacy Policy - we follw eCrater Privacy Polices.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Refund Policy
When a refund is processed as a full or partial refund - you will be sent an email stating your order was refunded along with the refund time span allowed by our merchant processer. Refund requests deposit the refund back on to your account (Credit/Debit Card and or Bank account) with-in 7 to 10 business days - We are not able to control the time span due to this being the policy of our merchant service provider First Data. Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, however please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations such as our apple products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose (If Free shipping is offered this will be omited). Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Order Processing Policy
When an order is placed, there are order status processes. It will go from Pending, to additional status. Once it goes to Shipped you will have your tracking information. The general time frame for orders are 2-4 day processing / Handling time (which includes Turst and Anti-Fraud Protection Verification) Payment Processing and Posting and then shipping - Once the 2-4 day processing time has passed the order will ship-out and items are normally at your door within 3 to 4 business days once shipped (unless otherwise paid express shipping applies) and may vary based on location.

eBay Policy, Payments and Shipping
You may use two payment methods on our ebay auctions and buy it now listings. Skrill or Invoice provided out side of ebay. Payments made via requested invocie provide faster shipping and payment posting times. payments made via ebay by Skrill will have a 4 to 5 week processing and shipping time due to reserve holds placed by Skrill. IF you wish to have your ebay order(s) prior to the 4 - 5 week processing and shipping please contact the ebay seller (RayLeeDirect) to ensure you will have an invoice sent which is paid outside of ebay (secure, safe and fast provided by FIRST DATA Merchant Services).
*Trust and Anti-Fraud Protection is our program which ensures all orders are valid orders and payments have time to process and clear, payments made with credit cards and or debit cards that are not within the US pay pend the order 1 additional day.
Customer Notice for CUSTOMS: Orders that require customs due to being shipped to or from a location that requests packages to go through prior to further shippment, may delay the shippment based on the countries Custom policy for Electronics. the BUYER (Customer placing order) is held to pay any TAX, FEE'S and CUSTOMS release dues, not RayLeeDirect or any other company linked with RayLeeDirect.
